MTN Signal Tower Fixing Non-Existing if you are not in a metro area!

We've got 4 Towers in our Area, Rietkol, MP. 3 have been down for months, some from September 2022. We've contacted MTN numerous times and logged the faults. No Plan to fix the issue. They can't provide an Estimated time of restoration. Our entire community share 1 tower at this stage, when it is working and they will fix this tower quickly as it is next to the N12 Freeway. This is very frustrating as this is a farming community and many businesses use MTN internet etc. We don't have any other suppliers that are affordable and it seems MTN don't give a **** about that.
