MTN signal gone during loadshedding

MTN is not maintaining alternative power to network towers and with load shedding there is absolutely no connectivity. If the regular guy can budget to have connectivity during load shedding, then surely MTN can budget to keep the towers up and running. Lately both Openserve and MTN in our area goes down with load shedding. That means that in the case of an emergency there is no way to even contact somebody for help. NO POWER, NO INTERNET and NO CELLPHONE SIGNAL.
