MTN signal

I would like to know why is the internet service so bad in Lenasia extension 10. About 2 months ago the 4G and LTE signal was amazing I had no problems until now. My signal is constantly 9n edge I can't get anything done my emails don't send my WhatsApp messages take forever and a day to send what is going on and when will this issue be sorted out?
