<p>I have been stuck with no device from my provider for about 8 months. </p> <p> </p> <p>I was granted an early upgrade and told the device would be delivered within 3 to 5 working days. We are now sitting on 14 working days, still no device. I have been on the phone with them (or trying to be) for about an hour everyday. Not due to the conversation being had, but in this order: 45-55mins on hold, 5mins conversation where I get one of the following excuses: 1. Our software has been upgraded. 2. Our warehouse has had a revamp. 3. We have switched courier companies. </p> <p> </p> <p>I then stopped accepting these excuses and was told I would be receiving feedback. Needless to say no feedback came. </p>
