MTN ****show

What a ****show!!!!!! I purchased a new phone yesterday,with a new simcard. Now trying to set it up,the number is banned from WhatsApp. After trying to call MTN for 2 hours and calls being put down in my ear,I eventually got through to the ***** department where I was advised that sim cards are recycled and there is nohing I can do about it nor MTN. I mean what the actual @%$#?????? So in otherwords if someone used this simcard for ******* activity then I am stuck with the problem of it being blocked and banned because MTN is regulated by ICASA to sell recycled sim cards? This is an absolute disgrace!!!
