MTN should not charge a fee for early termination when they can't provide reliable network coverage

MTN coverage department is useless and cannot communicate their challenges to clients.

I have been sent from pillar to post with the issue of network coverage when I want to terminate my contract they talk about early termination fee. Why charge a client a fee when you fail to provide the client with network coverage. Why must I keep receiving data that I can't use in my area because there is no tower near me.
