MTN should not call themselves service providers!

I have had an account issue with MTN since April! we are now halfway through October! After numerous visits to five of their stores, logging 3 internet complaints and speaking to at least 5 of their "service Champions" I have not had a reply! I have just had the phone put down on me by one of their so called champions! I receive my account, pay on the internet and because MTN changed their system they cant trace my payments!
