MTN should make this person CEO

After struggling for a couple of months with MTN call centre people...going back and forth, being put through and cut off at least 20 times over the course of months, i finally got through to someone who knew what he was talking about and was friendly and nice and just NOT MTN quality....he was miles above MTN quality. Thank you Thamsanqa Madikane for sorting out my issue. You are a rock star and you should be CEO of MTN. At least get a huge bonus and increase. The rest of MTN can suck it.
