MTN SHOULD JUST SHUT DOWN

MTN IS THE PITS My account is debited monthly, I've never missed a single payment. I called MTN and spoke to Ntokozo who really couldn't be bothered. She confirmed my account was suspended due to arrears ??? Been trying the call centre since yesterday and no luck
