MTN should go out of business.

It's now 3 weeks since I topped up with 1GB of data and although the money is off credit card, the data is still not reflected on my MTN account. I have phoned them 5 times already. Each time my query is "escalated" and I'm promised results in 24 ours. Yeah right! It's rather disappointing when a service provider cannot provide you with their basic service.
