MTN SHOULD EMPLOY PEOPLE WITH AT LEAST HALF A BRAIN BUT MUST KNOW HOW TO ADD ONE PLUS ONE

I was incorrectly billed two months ago . Now after two months of emails going to and fro ,they tell me that they cant see the problem . I received 3 invoices , one for R 567.77 , another for R 149.00 and the third for R 149.00 . If you add up all three one would get R 865.77 but they sent me a statement for R 1065.77 . CLEARLY SHOW R 200.00 OVERCHARGE . NOW SOME NAMELESS IDIOT SAYS ITS RIGHT . THATS THE STATE OF EMPLOYEES IN MTN . ON TOP OF THAT I WAS TOLD TO SEND AN EMAIL TO SANDRA HONWANA . I SENT THREE AND NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE .I DEMAND A SENIOR PERSON CALL ME DIRECTLY TO SORT THIS MATTER OUT .
