mtn should burn to the ground

if there was an option for no stars ***** that would be my rating: i agreed to a month to month wifi router contract with this useless service providers on Friday 5 May, i received the router on Wednesday 10 May and till today it's not working, I paid upfront according to the *******, i have to pay in 2 months in advance. I waited 48 hours for the activation but today is more than 48 hours. I'm not an MTN subscriber, thank god, so i've been trying to make a call to their customer service line but can't get to speak to an agent. So i'm calling from someone handset who's a victim of this network and praise god i spoke to a human who actually told me that the card was never rica'd and to add salt to my wound they don't work on weekends. No instruction given when i received to box with details on what i need to do. How very useless and cynical of mtn to do... i want a refund immediately!!!!
