MTN should be cancelled,,,,it makes people suffer for credit

I will never recommend MTN to anyone at all,,,,not even on the desperate days, i had 2 huawei Y70 phones contract with them in 2022, Then in 2023 was finishing up to pay up and got interested on an iphone which i took and everything was ok,,,,they did not do debits and never sent statements to me and i called them only to find put that they stated my email incorrectly, then all of a sudden i was owing R27720 and was handed over to their people who are robbing people also,,,,,fine i made arrangements with their lawyers to debit monthly a R1000 and now they have listed me on adverse, i tried communicating with them to remove the adverse status so i can apply for credit in order to pay up the account because now i can not apply for any credit because of their adverse status and it is the only thing on my way as i have been dealing with consellors to help build up my credit score but they tell me i have to pay it up first, how do i pay it up without money because i cannot get credit to pay them off and their interest still goes up and up while they are debiting my account monthly.i need the ombudsman to intervene because i am really suffering because of MTN.
