MTN shortchanged me

Good day, As per my previous Hellopeter post which was answered by Siphumezo with reference REQ:***, I was supposed to be refunded with R1674.72. However, I was only received a payment of R1325.61. Two weeks have now passed and the balance of R349.11 has not yet been paid out to me. When can I expect to receive this?
