Mtn short changed me!
I received my top up package which supposedly has 200 minutes yesterday. It has already run out after 41 minutes of use! <br> I also cannot get through the recordings on the help lines in order to speak to a consultant. I hope someone from Mtn will readL this and contact me as I feel quite cheated!

Please be advised that upon checking your records, we realised that your airtime was deducted by third party WASP.
Our subscriber terms and conditions do not make specific reference to content charges. MTN enters into contractual relationship with WASP's (Wireless Application Service Providers), and acts as an \enabler\" to the WASP's by making the network platform available and providing a payment gateway. In addition MTN requires that such WASP's be members of WASPA in an effort to bring about a self-regulatory measure.
