****ties customer servicd ive had in mtn shop soneike mall kuilsriver! I always use to upgrade there this will be the last time. Apologies for inconveniencing the staff to do their work and give actual service that doesn't make me feel like an asshole and work is too much effort!! Oh and if you put a screen protector on with them do not put your phone in your bag.. Suppose to hold the phone in your hands apparently. So it's my fault and negligence it came off. Very bad service and how they treat you there they lost a customer but so quick to do the upgrade.
