MTN SHOP MIDDELBURG

I bought a router last month on the 23rd a Month to Month router. Problem it doesn't work in my area, fine I went in store Middelburg town to cancel it since it was early and I would get my money back, I was sent back, I was told that I need to call MTN since the router was purchased online I need to cancel it online. Okay fine I tried to get hold of MTN consultant I didn't get any one so I OPT to email them..but nothing has been done I'm here with the router that doesn't work... And another thing I'm told that the address doesn't match with address that's on the device I don't even know what that mean...

I need to cancel that and have someone to collect it
