MTN Shop Empangeni Sanlam centre

I’m here @ Empangeni Sanlam Centre MTN shop rite now to do a swim swap but consultants seems to be not professional about their work they can’t help me do a swim Swap serious they told me to leave because they off line but I ask them what the plan they said “ we don’t know how we can help “ the attitude on that lady who is supervising Nokwethemba is beyond everything. She even refuse to tell me her name but her junior gave it to me , what can you say about that protocol and services standards and transparency. PLEASE MTN can you put people who gonna promote this network brand on that shop in a good way because those who are there rite now destroying it. Im going out of the shop now without being helped on this branch☹️☹️
