MTN Shop

the great support I received from MTN shop in Richards bay ,I went there to do swim swap stressed as I am ,the lady who assisted me had a great welcoming smile and went an extra smile in assisting me ,after a few days when my number was not recovered I went back there and with great support the guy from help desk went around to ask if we have been assisted and he got to me I told him that I was here 3 days ago ,I told him my story ,he called me to his station ,checked on the system for me and then escalated my matter to MTN supervisor within the following day I have recovered my number .
