MTN SHOP

I am very disappointed, disgusted with Mtn shops and their illiterate people. I did my sim swap after my number was ported to Cell C with out my knowledge. Now i was trying to get my number back and i did sim swap when i was done with swapping my number back to mtn. I did a sim swap at a shop in Carnival mall i had all the docs, so they told me to call mtn helpline after 24 hours only to find out that they escalated my issue to Eastrand mall Mtn store. Am now here still not assisted they are telling me that they know notjing about my issue i should start the process with them its been a month now since i have been trying to get my number back.
