MTN Shoddy Service and don't care attitude. Should have stayed away.

Spent most of this morning on the phone to activate a new Data Sim contracted from MTN via online application. Still not done, just tired of being transferred from one department to another. So it seems like i can return the device and SIM to a store within 10 days of delivery since its a online deal. Guess i will need to exercise this option, since its impossible to find somebody at MTN to actually activate this SIM..
