MTN Shocking Servie

I have been trying to resolve an account issue with MTN's legal department for 3-months, they cannot give a straight answer and their service is shocking. Their telephone service is terrible and they blatantly tell you they cannot help you, they have an automated email system, I cannot speak to a computer, I need someone to resolve this matter. Surely this issue could have been resolved in a matter of days?

I have requested for a clearance letter for you. Will revert as soon as i have feedback regarding the letter.

Renall, I called MTN this morning, and there is still a legal status on my number which has not been removed, nor have I received feedback on the credit bureau clearance letter. This is unacceptable
