MTN - SHOCKING SERVICE - There is NO SERVICE.

Please do not take out Wifi and router from MTN, they are so unprofessional.

1. Wrong email address taken down No correspondence that there is a price increase. Not checking details they have on there system is correct. Deduct money from your account without your permission.

I have been a very good CLIENT AND PAID my installements every month sometimes even more, for the last 2 years never missed a payment. Handed back my router and cancelled my month to month contract, the service was pathetic and my ID Book was not returned, I had to go back and collect it.
