MTN - Shocking Service once again!

What a shocking experience from MTN once again!!! Every two years you need to almost check yourself into a mental hospital after you upgraded!!! I have struggles for a week now to finalise an upgrade and still no news.

The store in The Glen opposite the iStore refuses to answer their phones as they seem to have enough business and don't need to service any new requests.

Think I should rather cancel my business contract and move to another network after 10 years being loyal to MTN!!!
