MTN - Shocking service (No Service)

Good day My cellphone was ****** and I blacklisted my phone and blocked my cellphone number . I did a sim swop, but I am still unable to make calls and receive calls - they said 3 days ago suspension has been lifted - MTN walking branches at CAPE GATE and MTN Customer services is Useless.

You just can't speak to anybody at MTN that knows anything.
