MTN Shocking service levels
REQ*** Not solved as yet. Issue is going on for weeks on end. Nobody at MTN posses the knowledge or customer service skill to solve this outstanding query. Its a business contract that's worth R35000 (36mnth) but SOLOMON MONYELO, NATASHA MAKHATHINI and NOZIPO MPUNGOSE don't seem to give a damn. Solomon said that it's best for customer to feel frustrated so they can complain and MTN can see how frustrated their own employees are because of working remotely.. Blah blah blah blah blah.!!
