MTN - Shocking Service

I have been with MTN for almost 30 years and I am appalled at the service, or lack thereof received of late. I called over 10 days ago to report that my phone had suddenly stopped making and receiving calls. I received a reference number and was told to follow up in 3 days should it not be working. I then called again after 5 days and again and again, and have been pushed from pillar to post, with no resolution. No one cares, from Customer Care to Data Solutions to Supervisors. They are a joke and I will gladly be moving to another service provider after this shocking service. Why are they paying people to answer the phones if they are unable to assist. What a waste of money!!! You don't even deserve 1 Star.
