MTN Shocking Service

Upgraded phone including watch in Aug/Sept 2024 Watch not delivered with phone - disputed that watch was agreed to - referred them to recorded conversation then it became my responsibility to redeem watch from Samsung. Eventually (January 2025) managed to register with Samsung but they require info that MTN can't supply. Shocking that they expect me to do their work for them - useless bunch!
