MTN Shocking Service and Support

<p>For the last 2 months I have not been able to receive certain landline calls on my (Samsung S7) cellphone nor my wifes cellphone (Iphone 6).</p> <p>I have changed SIM cards and then receive calls so it can't be the phone settings.</p> <p>I have called MTN (808) on numerous occasions but can't actually get through and when I do the phone get's put down. I really don't like to physicallu go in to a store which I did at MTN Grahamstown. They reset both SIM cards and told me that it would work within 3 hours. Surprise surprise it did not, I went into the store after 3 hours to report this only to be told that it actually take 24 hours. Well after 24 hours I was able to receive landline calls from some numbers but not others. Now I can't recieve landline calls from and 046 code.</p> <p> </p> <p>What else can I do but complain about the pathetic MTN service received.</p> <p>I want to cancel my contract on the grounds that there is no service to speak of and I am paying for something that does NOT work.</p> <p> </p> <p>Only thing to do is to move to Vodacom or Telkom Mobile and do a SIM swop I suppose.</p> <p> </p>
