MTN Shocking service

My MTN contract ended 3months ago on May 2015. I phoned in to cancel my contract and the cancellation was approved by customer services, but to no surprised MTN still debted my account for June. I phoned back for the next three months and they said they will return my money, but did not. STILL phoning and no return of my money. Best of all they willing to fine you at current interest rate if payment is not made but no determined rate if money is not payed back. Pathetic.
