MTN shocking service

I have just been messed about for an hour and a half by *********** people at MTN Blue Route Mall ,Tokai,Cape Town. I had to wait a seriously long time whilst their IT system messed me about. The consultant who served me was equally ***********. When all appeared to be coming to an end I was informed they could not proceed...an hour and a half later. Shocking service MTN ,back I go to Vodacom.
