MTN - Shocking Service.

MTN customer service has got to be the worst in the country. It is incredibly difficult through their 135 call centre to get to speak to a human being. The options given infuriatingly lead in pointless circles. After a payment on debit order did not go through cell phone was cut off - despite having paid the balance, sent a Proof of Payment - it is not fully up and is not yet reflecting on the MTN wierd and totally inefficient system

Supreme Irony MTN Agents are called "Service Champions" - Should be called "Poor Service Champions"
