MTN -Shocking service

Hello everyone, be warned. I had billing issues with MTN in December 2023. The debit order for Dec was triple the amount of my Dec invoice. Its been a month now with no response. I am forced to stop all MTN debit orders. I made numerous phone calls, emails, What's apps. SHOCKING service. Poor customer service to say the least.
