MTN - Shocking service.

Went to the MTN head office in Morningside this morning. From the security guard outside to the person who "served" me inside I have never seen or had such terrible service. The guard was laughing & talking to a friend and neither were wearing masks. The man inside who took my temp didn't greet nor did the one who asked my phone no. He sent me to counter 14 where the woman was almost lying in her chair, busy on her cell. When I said good morning I didn't get a reply! I asked for print outs for a couple of months, which MTN have stopped sending & I need for SARS, she said she can't do it as they're off line! Didn't look up from her cell, no apology and couldn't care less. So all that trouble & I still don't have print outs. Can MTN tell us why they don't email statements anymore?
