MTN SHOCKING SERVICE

I logged a claim with MTN for my cell phone that was ****** only to be advised that the IMEI number they have on file was not what i was claiming for. I have provided them with a copy of my contract and to date they have not come back to me to advise what is happening with my claim. I have been a loyal client with MTN for over 20 years and this is the service that I am getting but be rest assured MTN will never see my business again.
