MTN Shocking service

Shocking service. Every month I have to contact these clowns to have my invoices sent to me. Why is this process not automated. Despite the shocking service, and complaints lodged, there is no improvement. More competition is required from more service providers in order to break this monopoly situation otherwise there is no incentive to improve or drop predatory pricing !!
