MTN shocking poor service and staff thats not capable.

I canceled 5 MTN contracts because of poor customer service. They don't respond and most of the time drop calls when they need to resolve issues. After cancelling and converting to Vodacom ( Great customer service ) I had to cancel the last contract when the contract ended. Despite cavernous confirmation e mails on agreeing that they cancelled the contract they still did not cancel. I phoned customer care and they dropped the phone in my ears 8 times. This after I asked I would like to keep my number and pot it to Vodacom. They went out of their way not cancel and convert my number to prepaid to allow me to pot to Vodacom. After a month they still did not cancel that after various confirmation e mails. I had to change my number to another number because of their intentional poor service. I also converted and are still converting our Bussiness contracts to Vodacom as and when the MTN contracts expires. Stay away from MTN !! They now also black listed me on credit board indicating I missed one payment. Now my attorneys will take this further. Be warned of MTN, read what I went through !
