MTN: Shocking lack of service delivery!

I upgraded to a data sim plus router on 19 January 2021 through an agent Xolani Vilikazi. Today, 22 Feb - a full month later, I am STILL waiting to received my device, despite repeated follow up calls and emails from my side and numerous promises that it would be delivered.

Disgustingly poor service!!!
