MTN - Shocking how do you still operate

<p>Called in the first time at 14:26 and went through to an agent called Bongani (who had auto answer) and never took my call assuming he was away from his desk, as luck would have it called again at 14:32 and got through to Bongani again I asked him how much it would cost to buy out my contract because on average I am spending about R3000 a month on my phone bill, he then asked me if i wanted an upgrade.I explained to him that I wanted know how much it would cost me to buy out my contract, then he advsied that its the wrong department event though I was advised by the IVR that this was for cancellations or upgrades, he then transfered me to another department (retentions LOL what a joke) I spent 30 minutes on the phone and there was still no answer, as i type this now 15:03 there is still no answer. Please would someone if there is anyone who works there that can, please advise me what it would cost to buy out my contract and go on pay as you go and port my number, so that I dont need to continue to sponsor MTN's Nigerian debt , if you care to know why its because I cannot change my plan even in store and am paying about R3000 per month on my contract </p>
