MTN shocking Cellular Provider

I must say that MTN is the biggest ******* cellular network in South Africa, your minutes just vanish without even calling someone, I had over 200 minutes left and when I tried to call I had 0, when I checked the record I had a call that was almost 5 hours long without even calling. I been trying for almost 2 months to get feedback from MTN, the call center employees are absolutely clueless and useless when it comes to service and obviously no feedback provided. Some feedback will be highly appreciated.
