Mtn- shocking
Took out contract for my son with Nashua mobile . Explained it was for my son and was assured he could not go over limit. Was then changed to Mtn and I now received a bill for R6200 for one month. Dialed 808 many times. Sent emails with no decent answer. Went to store at menlyn and was shown on screen that no limit was app****. I want answers but the lady at the store explained I am wasting my time as Mtn couldn't care. I now received an emAil from Mtn legal saying my other lines are blocked. Try as I may, you can not talk to someone with any say at Mtn . This is just the latest problem.
