MTN shocker

I have a problem with my daughter's account and MTN's attitude is simply to stonewall me. I contracted to spend only the contract amount, no excess, no roaming. My daughter was overseas a few months ago, and inadvertently made a local call without realising it wasn't a whatsapp call. MTN should not have allowed it. The charges were high, and above the debit order limit I had. This debit order failure caused a string of events that showed MTN as uncaring and uncompromising. Despite my reasonable offer to compromise, they suspended the service but still charged for it. After 20 some years, I am moving my daughter's account and every single other family member to another provider. I highly recommend that you all do the same. Until we vote with our feet in large numbers, the big corporates will not learn to care.
