Mtn Shesha WiFi

I moved to a new location about 10 minutes away from where I lived but when I went to protea glen mall to report that my shesha WiFi does not connect,They told me to call an 083 number which no one answers I was on dial for 30 minutes for 3 days straight. Mtn please switch to my new location. And hire call centre people. I'm upset
