Mtn shesha - Paid but never received the order.

I purchased a mtn shesha deal of R279 a month from mtn in the beginning of April 2025, I made a payment and I was charged a pro rata which I paid the amount of R550, but to my surprise I have never been contacted regarding the purchase and I still haven't received my order even now and it's the middle of May but no communication from Mtn, I would like them to refund my money because it's clearly a **** that they are running here.!
