MTN Shesha doesn't deliver your parcels!

I ordered the MTN Shesha deal with the promise of 1-3 business days delivery. I've followed up with *** as well as their complaints department including their DSV delivery team. I still haven't received my Wifi deal over 10 days later. This is a ****!!!!!! I was made to pay pro-rata for the full month but I have no services for those funds!
