MTN Shelly Beach have still not couriered my phone to the repair centre in 12 working days

After waiting for what seems to be an eternity, I took my phone in on the 25th of January to be sent off to the repair centre. My phone has not been collected in 12 working days and they keep plaguing me with excuses and I am now tired.

I am going in to collect my phone and hopefully get assistance from another provider. I am done with you people... and you will probably reply with the same automated non helpful response.
