MTN She****00 Double speak ***** and thievery

I purchased a Shesh 600 home internet from MTN. Advertised everywhere as 300gig at superfast 5g, then 300gig throttled to 4g for the next 300gig.

This is just a plain lie, first the best speed I ever got is 30mbps, not exactly superfast 5g as promised, this I can live with, but was not what was promised, when this was used, I was throttled, as promised, to 0.1mbps. Half a percent of what was promised ?????

I was then offered a Speed up your remaining 300g for R149 for 7 days. to Upgrade to what I had already bought.

Of course I called, went into the store, called, called a different place, and another, and again, and the shop. Yes sir, there is a fair usage policy in place, What does that even mean. I didn't buy uncapped, I bought a fixed amount at a fixed speed.
