MTN - SHAME ON YOU!!

MTN is nothing more than a ****** organisation hell bent on making money and not providing service. I have been with MTN for 25 years and am appalled at the level of incompetence and inefficiency. I renewed my contract over the phone - all recorded for quality and control purposes - my upgrade package was repeated to me at least 4 times. This week a new consultant phones me to inform me that the application process is not complete - she repeats my contract agreement to me and then informs me that the original consultant charged me the wrong amount of money for the package I agreed to. She cannot explain why but it boils down to me having to fork out more money for something that was sold to me at a cheaper price. Nor can she access the recording to prove the fault on their side, nor is a supervisor available to help address this issue. Before renewing this contract my husband and I were HOUNDED daily by their consultants - between the two of us we received almost daily up to 12 calls from them - but now that there is an issue the players are all missing in action. I still have no resolution apropos my cell phone contract, nor a new contract nor a new phone. Deathly silence. Shame on you MTN. You are a mealy mouthed company only intent on exploiting people. I assume nothing will come of this and that I will have to pay to end my contract with this company.
