MTN -shame on you

Have you ever tried to call customer care or send an email to them - I am not sure why MTN even has such a department as they do not respond . If you call you wait forever and get put thru 50 hoops of burning fire and no help - supervisors are never available and although they promise to return calls they do not - shame on you MTN from what was a good responsive company you just do not care any longer - My problem is technical and no resolution in more than a week so very sad. Yet they are happy to take my money
