MTN shady business

My sim card was linked into another number two weeks ago. When I am making outside calls, this number is appearing on the other party making it difficult for people to answer their phones because of this number. I reported this and they suspected the device. When I took my card out of my phone and inserted it into another phone they were no changes.

So I bought a prepared airtime of R300 and put it, i got a confirmation message stating to have successfully recharged however when I started making calls, they did not get through. I called customer care again and had explained what had happened. They checked and told me they was no airtime recharged on my number. They checked the other linked number and apparently it went through and that airtime paid off an owed amount and the rest was immediately transferred onto other number. They said they cant register my case as a ***** case because there's no way that one sim card can carry two existing numbers and therefore my airtime will not be re-imbursed. I went to MTN Store and they attests my complaint, took out my sim card and calling to their cellphones and indeed two different numbers were working on one sim card, they blocked this other number and told me to call customer service again because their services are limited.

Little I got to be assisted because I was constantly reminded at what the system cannot do rather than what I'm currently facing in reality. The number still appears when I'm making calls yet they claimed to have removed it. I am definitely porting into another network provider
